Resetting Instance Trick?

So I read about it on these forums a long time ago but cant seem to find the post. There is a way to disband your group and log out(maybe?) that allows when you finish an instance to send all your lowbies being boosted to the beginning of an instance. I'm looking for this trick for deadmines....its a pain to run the toons back to the start. If anyone knows what trick I'm talking about please detail it out for me.

Yeah I should have stated, 3 mages doing the boosting so I could do three runs between having to run the boosters back...if I could remember what the trick is.

i know if u disband the group and logout before you get hearthed and wait a few mins it will do this but its lot faster to just run them than wait 5 mins for it to reset them, it may even be greater than 5 mins now, havnt tried in awhile

Here is what I do, and it works.
DON"T leave group. Just sign on out 4 guys. One guy has to stay for little.

When they sign out, they end up at the start of their own fresh instance. Now sign in on 1 or all of them again. THey will be back at the start. Walk them outside instance.

When they are outside, have person left inside at end, invite one or all of them. After they are in the group, have 1 of them walk in (just need 1 person). They will be at the start of a mostly finished instance. There will be respawn, so it will look new, but it is the one that the person at the end is in.


Then have the person at the end logout. Not leave group, just logout. He will end up at the start of the instance, just like the others did.

Sign in on that last guy. Have everyone walk outside isntance. BAM. All at same place, and no respawns. Yeah, it is complicated, but MUCH easier than fighting respawn. If you leave the last guy signed out even when he is at the end of the isntance, he will end up at the start after about 1 hour. Just incase you are too lazy to switch people out or you are done for the day.

Here's the short version and works as advertised:

Disband Party
Logout slaves
Login Slaves
Create new party with slaves
Invite master
Logout master
Login master
The entire group is at the beginning of the instance. Turn around and leave.

Here's another suggestion:

1. Borrow my kids
2. Get logged out due to AFK because kids are screaming and need something.
3. Log back in, and you'll be at the start of the instance and need to walk all characters out and re-group.

Note: this process can take up to half an hour depending on how quickly you can resolve step 2.

I cant remember to feed my cat in-game....your kids are doomed.....
