After disabling carbonite quest due to its apparent memory leaks (or so it would seem at least) when i used it for multiboxing, I found that I really like the way my QuestsFu plugin for fubar shows the progress of my party members.
In its quest tracker, it also shows the objective completion of all (at least nearby) party members on the same quests.
I'm going to live forever, or die trying.

QuestHelper sets a nice waypoint to your nearest quest completion objective and shows objectives on your in-game map, too. Uses a lot of memory, so if your system is overtaxed as is, it might give you issues.![]()

I've never used one until now, since I know all the quests by heart, that is until I reach the outlands. Friend got me into one called "QuestHelper" along with another I can't remember the name of, but it places a red arrow on your screen and points in the direction you need to go, how far away it is and how long it will take to get there. It really helped since I normally still have to lookup the quests while in the outlands.
Also tells you the order to do them to be as fast as possible.

Due to Blizzards position on Hong Kong, money > freedom. I stopped playing.
It's not necessarily not the fastest way, that's for sure - but it's indeed helpful if you're totally clueless about the quests.Originally Posted by 'Bradster',index.php?page=Thread&postID=87678#post 87678
Trouble is, to "know" about your whole party, you need QuestHelper running in each WoW, and QH is one of the biggest Addons, both in terms of memory and CPU utilisation... 5 copies on 1 PC is not to be recommended!Originally Posted by 'Ughmahedhurtz',index.php?page=Thread&postID=87645 #post87645
I would use QH on the main and then a.n.other, smaller addon to keep track of the other 4 without having to move over to their windows, which is exactly what BackSeatQuester does for you![]()
another vote for BackSetQuester here. I love it.
No matter where you go, there you are.
A fair point about size, but when was the last time you ran a quest on your main that you didn't also have on your alts? IMO, that's rare enough to be a non-issue. I only run it on my main. :POriginally Posted by 'moog',index.php?page=Thread&postID=87701#post8770 1
