Default [WoW] Scryer SSO neck for pvp shamans

Just wondering if anyone has played around with the scryer-version of the shattered sun necklace, especially elemental shamans in pvp. Seems to me like it would be an awesome addition, since the nature of the neck piece (high-proc rate, but with a 40-45 second cooldown) is suited for burst damage. In BG and arena, the first few spells killing a target is very important to me. If those first few spells have a high chance of proccing an extra 333-367 lightning bolt that can crit, i think this would be really worthwhile to have, maybe even more so than a vindicator's pendant. It's like a second Lightning overload =)

I am not yet shattered sun exalted, but i intend to get exalted for the shield, and possibly for the alchemy trinket. If anyone has already played with it, would you prefer it over the vindicator's neck piece? Maybe better for BG but worse for arena?

The "high proc" rate isn't as high as we'd like. I think i was averaging 1 in 20, but it was always a crit. Much prefer the aldor proc, u get so much more out of it
