Hi,
are there known problems with addons while multiboxing?

For example "gatherer" creating nodes x-times instead of one?

No addon has any issues with multiboxing.
Why should they, they all run in their own space without affecting each other.

If an addon is not doing what you expect, it's the addon itself, but not because you are multiboxing.

And yes, map addons that track ressource nodes can save multiple items per node... simply because each node can spawn different ressources or the exact coordinates are slightly different.

I haven't had any issues with other addons while using any multiboxing program or addon, you should be good to go mate
