Default Broadcast mouse click when holding modifier and clicking

I know there are lots of ways to do click healing now with VFX, Click Bars, and Repeater regions but I feel like these are an extra level of complexity I don't really want/need.

What id like to do is set up my 4 DPS windows so if im holding Shift when I click it will broadcast that shift+mouse to my healer window in the same relative location. I could then use clique and bind shift+mouse to my heals. This would basically let me use the same functionality of clicking on my party frames from any character to fire off the appropriate heals without having to toggle off VFX windows when they overlap other stuff.

I feel like it might be possible with "Straight Key Broadcast Plus Click" but ideally id like it to be more instantaneous.

Is there any way to achieve this? I feel like it would be the easiest way to manage click through healing unless I'm missing something obvious.

Edit: Seems like I'm an idiot and just a normal hotkey with shift+mouse1 already broadcasts the click at the right coordinate. Is there any reason people go to so much effort with the other methods when this works so easily? Not sure if I'm missing out on something useful.

Everyone has their own preference when it comes to healing, but I certainly wouldn't consider Repeater Regions or Video FX to require much effort, at all. Click Bars, on the other hand, can take awhile to set up, but then again, they're going to be much more flexible than a basic Straight Key Broadcast.

In addition, I use the Shift key religiously for plenty of my own abilities (both main character and party-wide), and, in my opinion, having all of my mouse buttons (with Shift) be eaten just for a single character seems wasteful, but, again, everyone has their preference.

Thanks for the response. Admittedly I'm very new to ISBoxer so maybe I'm finding RR/VFX more daunting than it actually is. For now I think I'll stick with my lazy method until I feel like I'm missing out on some functionality. Currently planning on using my mouse4 and 5 side buttons as modifiers for m1/m2/m3/mouse wheel for all my main heals/shields/buffs etc

Once I'm a bit more comfortable with the basics I'll go back and watch your healing/vfx videos again and give it another try.

Is it possible to modify what clicks are being sent when using a VFX window with mouse pass-through enabled?

Ideally what id like to do is have a left click on the VFX viewer actually sent to the source as shift+left click instead. It isn't a huge deal but would make healing nice an easy without having to use any modifiers but would still allow me to keep left mouse unbound in clique on the healer source.

Isn't a major problem I'm just not a huge fan of having left/right mouse buttons bound in clique but I'm sure I could get used to it.

Either way I'm liking VFX a lot more now that I set them up via ISBoxer rather than the ingame GUI.

If you want to remap via when using videofx, then you actually need to turn off the passthrough, and instead setup a Key Map (lets call this VideoFX Remap) with some mapped keys in it, with the hotkeys and remaps you want. You then create another mapped key in a different Key Map (like Always On), which will be loaded. This last mapped key, has two steps. Step 1, load the Key Map VideoFX Remap on the current window. Step 2, unload the Key Map VideoFX Remap on the current window. You set this to execute a step on "press OR release". You then have this execute on mouse enter/exit on your videofx viewer.

So, when you mouse into the viewer, it loads the VideoFX Remap keymap, and all your hotkeys and remaps are active. You mouse out of the viewer, and it unloads it and you are back to normal.
