Question Recommended progression 1-60 via Instances for 5 boxing?

What do people think are the best instances to be running at what levels for a 5 box group leveling 1-60?

Personally I am thinking I will be 5 boxing 3 Warriors + 2 Paladins and would like to end up with at least 1 Paladin & 1 Warrior in pre-raiding Best in Slot (BiS) gear to be ready to raid with either class (though the Paladin will be my priority).

i plane to use this https://classic.wowhead.com/guides/c...geons-overview keeping in level range only keep running the same one more then needed to get an gear i want for my chars. Im planing a shaman, lock and either 3 wars or 2 wars and a mage for food/water and ports.

Thanks. That page is helpful. Your approach sounds it might help keep things from getting stale but conversely it sounds like hopping to lots of dungeons. I suspect some folk prefer to run the same dungeon for the longest level range possible for various reasons so I hope we get at least a few more responses to get broader opinions.

It's really only 3 dungeons through 40, I haven't decided horde or alliance yet, but if horde I'll do RFC at 13, WC at 16, SM at 25 - for alliance DM at 15, Stockades at 22, SM at 28. SM will take me through to 40 and I would stay there farming exp/gold until I could afford my mounts and skills I want. From this point it will depend on what level I am, do Uldaman for a few levels then ZF at 46, then BRD at 52. That will put me to the level 60 dungeons, so I can start doing LBRS (for the key) or keep doing BRD if there are drops later in the dungeon I want.
Since I'll have at least 1 mage and 1 warlock on my team, I'll be able to hearth/port to town to vendor and buy skills. As well, I will have 1 enchanter and 1 tailor, so I can DE and make bags to help extend my time in the dungeon - even though using DE will make me farm later for my mount most likely.
This is purely based on my memory (from 15 years ago) and wowhead level ranges for the dungeons. I know I'll be skipping any class quests that aren't beneficial for my team leveling, so I'll only do the level 10 class quests and then skip basically all the other ones (so no voidwalker, no zerk stance, stuff like that), just because I feel they would be a waste of time to do while leveling and I can just do them once I get my mount - so I may go back at 40 and do some of them.
This is also assuming I level my 5 box team first, I am still undecided if I'll 5 box first of if I'll level a solo character first then boost a team with that character.

you can't really do DM at 15 unless you mean just the trash and reset until you get to 18+
2,3,5 boxing wow with Wow Open Box and MAMA, give them a try!
(was 8 Boxing Wow with HotKeyNet and ISBoxer)
    Was streaming on twitch.tv/MooreaTv

Yeah, that's pretty much what I mean. I don't think questing at 15 will be even moderately viable for the first few days, which is when I'm looking at. I think farming DM trash will be better exp/hr than 5 box questing unless you just get really lucky with layering.

I might be wrong, but wasn't LBRS meant for 10 player groups ?
I agree with all the rest

LBRS is pretty simple with 5. UBRS is much more challenging. It's possible with 5 characters but you need a specific composition and decent gear to manage it. Probably easier just to pug a few more players or find another boxer to team up with. Having an active hunter in UBRS turns Drakkisath from being one of the most painful pre-raid encounters into a super easy one.

If I understand correctly LBRS is a 5 man and UBRS is 10 man.

In case it will help I will share my 'Classic WoW Planning spreadsheet' that helps me keep track of stuff like that for our 5man team of 3 Warriors and 2 Paladins. I used the spreadsheet to bring in all the info I could find in the various disparate sources into one place for me (took many other people's spreadsheets and various web pages and consolidated them into one place in a format that worked better for me trying to denote original sources when I could).

The first spreadsheet tab tries to denote which end game focused content is available by which phase and what the minimum number of characters are required for each piece of content. I plan to use that to remember which content I need to do in a Raiding guild and which content I plan to do with other boxers or people.

The next 2 tabs are for my initial goal of getting 'Phase 1' pre-Raid Best in Slot (BiS) PVE gear ASAP for both my main (Healing Paladin) & my brother's main (DPS/off Tank Warrior) for Raiding. The other 3 characters our Alliance side 5 man team will get whatever gear those 2 don't need.

After our mains are ready for MC & Ony I want to focus on getting ready for Phase 2 by getting BiS PVP gear for my whole team to be ready for Ranked World PVP.

The remaining tabs are to denote what the BiS PVP Gear is available from dungeons by content patch (1.2-1.10) though so far that is only done for Warriors.

The spreadsheet isn't 100% done and is focused Warriors and Paladins but some folk may still find it useful (it does have links to the original sources which include similar info for other classes):
