10+ Flex raiding setup
I need a box-able list for a flex raid setup for a couple of us boxers.
We have a few that can't re-level w/o Raf:
3x Hunters
Prot pal and 4x shamans
5 x Warlocks
Prot pal may sub in a DK putting us at 2 tanks, 2 Heals and 9 Dps
I plan on running 5 as well of whatever setup would need to be, including a tank for the split fights(towers)
Which would put us at an 18 man + my wife healing on her shaman.

19 man isn't going to be optimal for flex because of added mechanic complexities above 14. I'd suggest trying 14 and then adding more later as you get a feel for how you are doing.
Hunters and locks sound like good boxable dps, and I'm always a fan of disc priests for healing anything. If you run 14, three healers including your wife should be good for getting the job done.
But is the flex raid boxable at all? Aren't there too many weird mechanics that require solo ppl?

Are you horde or alliance? What day are you looking at going? Also, the added mechanics really aren't that big of a deal in flex.
The only fights that are a pain to box are

the rest aren't too bad
itd be a challenge, but I think it's doable. I'd like to get a group going as well. Working on my resto Druid team, I could probably tank on my main. Also have a 4x shammy team and a 4x hunter team both of which are around 520ilvl.

Ok, I hit 90 on my alliance 4x disc priest team and am working my way through LFR!
