Default City of Heroes, what dual boxing program works well with it?

With City of Heroes going FTP soon, I might give it another go, and currently dual box in LOTRO with ISboxer. My question is what program would enable me to 2(or 3) box on one computer (running Windows 7)? Would ISBoxer work?

i havent played this game in along time.

I dont remember if it had macros ..... assist or follow. if it does i'm sure keyclone would work pretty easily just selecting the windows.

ISboxer works, But I never did quite get it just right. You can just target and hit F to follow, and then you choose which action you want on target of target.

For example, I just used a simple lightning bolt that would attack ever target that my main had selected. A few times, I'd have to switch over and hit another ability just for survival.

I do know Keyclone works with it across multiple machines, But I'm not sure on just one PC. YMMV.

I haven't actaully played CoH in a long time but I do remember if features the same 'anti-botting' technology that Cryptic later used in CO and STO: If the game window doesn't have focus then garbage characters are inserted into the keyboard queue.

Innerspace handles CO and STO quite well so it should handle CoH as well, although getting it setup can be a pain sometimes.

Other boxing software would need to do the same 'keep the game in focus' trick in order to multibox.

CoH actually has a pretty sophisticated macro (unless it's changed in the last couple of years) but there's a built in limitation of only eing able to queue one power/ability to prevent botting. It definitely has a follow feature but I don't remeber about assist.

Assist is automatic if I remember correctly. The toons will just keep using that one ability on whomever your lead toon has as a target. A lot of people will set up a pocket healer just for this.

Yeah,I had no problems getting innerspace/ISboxer running fine for LOTRO, but I am having trouble for COH though. I have heard some people use octopus, but the only walkthrough I can find for that is the .pdf guide that comes with the program, since the Wiki has been taken down for that. Im just trying to figure out a good combo now that would be easy/ideal with just a type of buffer/healer on autofollow.

Try using the same settings as Champions Online in IS - that should get you closest.

Also, and I can't stress this enough, the best way to get help with IS is to go to the IRC page and ask for help directly - have your problem all prepared to cut and paste will make it easier. There's like a 1000 times more help on IRC than in the forums for IS
