most efficient Mapped Key for Death Grip/Outbreak

im not sure which is the most efficient way of doing this

either

step 1

Death Grip > toon A
Outbreak > toon B
Outbreak > toon C
Outbreak > toon D

step 2

Outbreak > toon A
Death Grip >toon B
Outbreak toon C
Outbreak toon D

etc.... Or

step 1

Death Grip RR

Step 2

Outbreak > all

also Dark Simulacrum...

after i steal a CC, im thinking [@arena1] [@arena2] [@arena3] [@arena4], but this is where it gets tricky, i could do four sets of macros for each CC, but i dont think there is enough space in the ingame macro system
