Stealthy's guide to Elemental Shaman Outlands gear

So you've got your FOTM Shaman multi-box team up to level 60, and you've finally hit Outlands! Time to ditch that POS Azeroth crap and get some new shinies...

This guide is designed to get upgrade your gear in the shortest time possible, with the aim being to set you up to do the instances sooner. In most cases this will result in a substantial upgrade to Stam, Int, Spell Damage and Spell Crit.

Now onto the guide...I have split the guide into three sections, roughly based on the ease of the quests to get the item, number of quests needed to complete, type of quest, and difficulty of mobs. I have also noted where quest involved is a gathering one.

Note - Using the ironvine seed provided at the various steam pump controls will spawn the Steam Pump Overseer mobs. These mobs have a chance to drop Drain Schematics, clicking on them will start the next quest. There's no cooldown on the seeds, to use them to keep spawning Overseer mobs until the Drain Schematics drop.

Note - All you need to do is swim to the entrance to Coilfang Reservoir - coords 50, 40, until you get the message that the quest is complete. Then head back to Cenarion Refuge to hand in.

Note - Gathering quest, and a long one. Drop rate on the blood is about 30%, but you need 12 for each toon. You then need to covert each blood to boiled blood at the cauldron at 65,71. Each conversion will spawn a number of low health bugs that will eventually start attacking you. Magma totem will help a lot here.

Note - You need to kill Gorax and then place the banner on his corpse. This will summon the Hand of Kargath (63 Elite) along with 2 non-elite adds. The elite likes to charge a lot, and hits fairly hard. Make sure you clear the area around Gorax before you kill him and start the event.

Note - To start this quest you need a crystal that drops from the Raging Colossus's (62-63 Elites) north of Cenarion Post. You should get one of you do the quest Colossal Menace.

Note - mob will be summoned by the NPC, kill it and talk to her to complete the quest.
Natural Remedies - http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10351
Note - Make sure the clear the Raging Colossus's from around the summoning area, as the summoned mob can knock players back quite far, and aggroing multiple mobs will mean a wipe. Wacth out for the adds spawned when the mob gets low on health (Raging Colossus also have this annoying ability). Chain Lightning and Fire Nova Totems work well here.

Wow, this would be entirely useful if my friends didn't roll Alliance and have me roll with them. >.>

But still, there's a lot of neutral stuff in there and items that have an Alliance equivelant I can look up easily enough. Pretty awesome, thanks.
