I've had the random leader tries to follow someone else thing off and on for a while now. I think I'll try Ualaa's suggestion of changing the channel name (no weird characters in any of my names, so that's not my problem)

For breaking follow, if you have a programmable keyboard, you can make one key send alt+shift+r then Down then alt+shift+r again. This turns repeater on, taps the down key to break follow, then turns broadcasting off.

There are ways to do this in isboxer but i have not bothered to figure it out. My guess is that you can just copy the Others Jump (ctrl+space) mapped key and make the copy something else but have it send e, q, or s instead of the spacebar. Any of these will break follow.

All this leader confusion is the more important issue, though. You need to redo the isboxer wizard. When you log in, go to your main character. Open jamba and ensure the team members are properly listed. If not, delete them all and add their names manually. Set your leader as the master. Click the Invite button in jamba. Then click the Send settings button on the team tab. Ifnthatndoesnt work, you have messed something up on your own.

There is confusion between jamba and isboxer regarding who the leader is.

    As far as breaking follow.

Have a mapped key, that executes on press or release.
    Give it a hotkey.
Set the option to Hold Keystrokes while Key is Held.
Step 1 - Send down arrow or whatever... I have one that does IWT.
Step 2 - For the IWT one, send down arrow; wouldn't need anything here, for the mapped key that is Down Arrow in step 1.

Basically press the key and hold it.
And the action (IWT for me) lasts as long as you hold the key.
And once you release it, it stops doing whatever or sends a directional key which breaks the auto movement from /Follow or IWT or whatever.

Thats sounds like something i am after for breaking follow, Ualaa. i will give that a shot.

As for channelname, they all have the same one and yes the toons have ascii, i have tripe checked that and are all correct. however i will wipe the profile again and re do it and see how she goes.

Things are improving, no doubt just some minor things need sorting out.

Thx alot for all the helpful replies.

i am referring to in Jamba under Core team, "When focus changes, set the master to the focus" that has alwasy been ticket and is same on all the toons, so when i flick pip windows the next toon I am on is the master.
Why do you have "When focus changes, set the master to the focus" set when you are using ISBoxer? I assume that you are using the default ISBoxer FTL settings, which already include a set master, so the setting above will really break things with ISBoxer.

However, if you are not using the default FTL setup and have made your own focus setup then please ignore what I have mentioned above.

I like to have Jamba promote the current master to party leader.

Focus is entirely managed by me.
Which is to say, not used most of the time.
But there for CC or PvP Burst.

    Item Use
The Item use bar is a wonderful way to get your whole team to use items at the same time. Some examples of the awesomeness of the Item Bar are :

    • Using Quest Items. Some quests can get done blazingly fast if you use an item at the same time on everyone. There are even quests where 1 kill can get you credit up to 5 times if everyone does it at the same time.
    • Equipping items. If you run a team that is all the same class, you can drop a quest reward in the Item bar, use the hotkey and your whole team will find and equip it. No more searching your bags on all your toons to find a new piece of gear. If you're running the Argent Dailies or doing jousting in TotC, you can just drop your lance here and everyone will use it at the same time.
    • Using consumables. Got a slew of alchemists in your team? Maybe you run a gaggle of life-tap happy warlocks. You can drop pretty much any consumable, from food to potions, to bandages, even your hearthstone in the Item window to get everyone to use them at the same time.

To configure the appearance Item Bar, use this section. Once you have it set up the way you like it, open your Key Bindings {ESC > Key Bindings}. Scroll down towards the bottom and look for the Jamba-Item-Use section. Assign your keybinds for the bar on EACH team member.

To use the Item Bar, drag the item from your bag on your main toon and drop it in the proper spot on the bar. Your slaves will automatically receive this information from your main and put the item in the same place on their bars. Now all you have to do is press the hotkey you assigned and everyone uses the same item at the same time.

To remove an item from the bar, just drag it off and click off the bar. Your slaves will automatically do the same.
So simple to do yet it still does not work for me, i re did the key bingings on all 4 toons and even changed the binding on all 4 too numpad2 but they do not all use the item.

I can see they all have dropped the item into the use item bar, but when I click nump2 on keypad only the master I am on will use the item.

Why do you have "When focus changes, set the master to the focus" set when you are using ISBoxer? I assume that you are using the default ISBoxer FTL settings, which already include a set master, so the setting above will really break things with ISBoxer.

I do not know ? I am new to this, and thought it be handy so when I change windows which I do a fair bit, that the next winodw that becomes my main screen shifts my toon I am on to be the new master for party leader reasons and so its the new master ?

AM I not suppose to have that enabled ???

Is your boxing program passing the key? When using the number pad, is numlock on? Sounds like Jamba is working perfectly.

The easiest for the item bar, is to set it so it is visible on all toons, and not just the master.

And then create a Repeater Region that goes to all toons.
As in, any can click, and the slaves all click the same as the master.

Then click whatever, and they all do it.
Change any item (drag onto or off of the bar) and they mimic the activity.

I do that for quest items, armor upgrades, food buffs, flasks, etc.

    As far as Numpad goes.
You cannot use several modifier keys.
And you need to be sure NumLock is in the correct state.

You could make a mapped key for the hotkey with both NumLock on and NumLock off.
That sends the same output to the window either way.
I don't generally use the number pad for hotkeys, because of NumLock on and off.

Alright Ualaa, I do have the item bar visible on all toons.

Can you guide me how to make a repeater region you speak of that goes to all toons ?
    The numpad was on btw.

I really would like to have the itembar work, its not complex to make it work but for some reason for me it is not working.
