Shaman Elemental Cast Sequence Macro

Just curious if a few elemental shamans could share their castsequence macros for single target mobs. Everyone on my team is doing 6k to 8k at this point (depending on the fight, bloodlust, etc.) except the Shaman. He is around 4.5k dps. He has been 25% or so behind the rest of the group since Cata started.

Thanks for the posts guys. I went to the target dummy and tinkered with the one I have. I was able to get it to 7.5k dps up from about 5kdps and goes to 9k ish with Bloodlust on.

Nice and simple and does it all. I have elemental mastery, chaing lightning and a few other key spells on other keys. Anyway, here it is if anyone wants to try it.

why use 2 different shocks? Do they stack or both debuff at once?

Earth Shock increases the time between the target's attacks by 20%. Flame Shock you want the DoT to run without clipping.

[Maxion]

Earth shock releases the lightning shield charges you build up with one of the new talents for massive damage.
