Shaman PVP macros

So in PVP at first I was running just my PVE click sequence and this seemed to burn down people pretty fast but alot of healers could just heal through it.

So I found some PVP macros that look like

/castsequence nuke, nuke, windshear
/castsequence nuke, windshear, nuke
/cast sequence Purge

Sorry I cannot remember the person who gave me the sequence but he/she talked alot about tenderizing food before eating it.

I added in some round robin on Magma/Fire, Grounders, and Tremor and all in all I am pretty happy.

My guys strip off buffs and shut down casters like no tommorow.

However the DPS seems a little lacking and warrior types don't go down as fast as they used to. I fixed this with roundrobin thunderstorms and psychic scream. Not to mention they eat so much AOE from the fire totems they cannot stand in the mix very long.

I am just curios what your shaman PVP macros look like.

Shaman pvp macros are generally not cast sequences. As you may move from target to target... so my macros are just like this

/cast [help] lesser healing wave
/cast Lightning Bolt

I have keys for cl, lb, fs, lvb
