Default Looking for a splitter, I think

I'm not entirely sure what it's called, but I'm looking for something that can connect my two VGA plugs to the same monitor; I've got a 360 and laptop for the same monitor, and I'd like something that'll get the job done.

    Any help?

So you can use both at the same time or indiviually?

This is the monitor I have plugged into my 360 in my Den and my computer also has the DVI plugged into it as well. Works well.

If you look at the flash images you will see the multiple ports to plug into.

its called a switch, normally a KVM (Keyboard-Video-Mouse).

What kind of connector are you using? VGA or DVI ?
Yeah, switch back and fourth between them. And they're both VGA connections -- I only have one VGA port on my monitor, obviously (as well as a useless DVI one).

um, you can get a little converter and use both ports and then push a button to move between, but hey its your money.

I tried that, actually, and it didn't work. If it's supposed to be that simple, then I'm guessing that my DVI port on the monitor is busted. Which isn't that bad for me; I got the monitor for seventy dollars from a buddy of mine.
