I've only played WoW for just over two years so I'm not exactly a "seasoned veteran"The 1st year I focused on PvP w/mage (alliance) then switched sides and went with Horde playing a rogue. With the rogue I focused on PvE/Raiding and did very little PvP. The only other class I have experience with is a hunter and some with a druid and priest.
Needless to say my learning curve is rather steep atm, along with multi-boxing. I've basically gotten the MB setup going with making everything work together fairly well, but I do have some basic questions on how you setup your first attack sequences. I know what a lot of ppl are going to say first up and that is "learn to play your class" and while this is a very true statement I thought I'd solicit some pointers here since I'm new to the class (shaman) and doing the muti-boxing thing.
Do you set one toon up to do the healing while the others start an attack? or would you set one key up on some toons to do one thing while perhaps on the other toons do something else (same key being pressed). Seems I'm getting to close at times to the mobs and when multiple mobs start coming my way into melee range all hell breaks loose lol. (generally facing the proper direction being the big pblm)
I've used some macro's suggestions here such at placing the totem's out, basically I place every possible totem out, I don't know if this is even nessasary or if I should be doing something else.
My toons are now at 60 and I'll be heading to outlands for questing/practicing.
I'm not looking necessarily for a "how to" guide, but more of a "here's what I would suggest" guide/tips to get me rolling.
I appreciate any replies.
Thanx
