Macro for Looting?

I am finding those quest that require to loot items that drop very slowly a pain. Is there a macro that can do this?

There is the new interact with target/mouseover options.

These can be set in your keybinds menu.

Make a simple assist macro on one key. Then keybind the new interact with target to a nearby key. Kill mob, target corpse, hit assist then interact.
