Does it signify Wotlk comming? Did you get something like this before you got Wotlk?

I never paid to much attention to events that happens when expansions,new instances is launched but for the WOTLK part i DO know.

There will pop up lots of argent dawn people in all major cities, and there will be some kind of scourge invasion again. People will turn into ghouls etc etc.

I belive this happened at the launch of patch 3.0. (Aka about a month before WOTLK?)

ah the scourge thing. that was some epic fun!a major pain in the gold pouch though, dam city guards always killing you and what not :thumbdown: other then that it was some extremely fun times.

After getting in game and seeing what you're actually talking about, I have to say its just a bug in the game. As Mmcookies linked, its related to summer festival event. This emote should not appear outside the Slave Pens instance, and only if you summon the summer festival boss (which you can't right now).

P.S. The Ice Stone has melted!
