Any1 has done heroic wotlk with multibox 5 different chars?

eg. pally/priest/lock/sham/mage ... I am not sure if I want to progress of 5 different classes?

Do what you think you would have fun with.

You can do it with 5 players in this setup so you can do it with these toons, it's just that Shamans have some advantages against other classes like mail+shield the totem variety and all that.

I use 4 different classes pally/priest/[s]lock[/s]/sham/mage and I am doing fine.

I swap a shaman for a lock since a summons would be soooo nice.

Pally tank - Fused
Shaman healer - Digitalroast
Warlock - Riffrâff
Druid - Remilked
Shaman - Ylovehandlez

In my hit gear atm, Heroics completed with the above 5 - UK,DTK minus Novos - too lazy to try, Gundrak,Nexus,CoS,Nax 4 bosses with all above minus healer.
Negatives -
Levelling up is a major pain - having to go to different trainer.
Specs sometimes are not cookie cutters for certain builds - see my lock.
Positives -
No gear is really wasted off bosses.
More characters available for individual play.

Ive cleared every heroic except utguarde pinnacle, the oculus, halls of stone and azol nerub with my team. Im on uther if you want to armory me.

I'm not as far as heroics yet, as I'm not yet 80 on all the guys, but I haven't had any issues so far. Heroics just throw out more damage and have a few more tricks to watch out for, but not really leaps and bounds higher in the difficulty department (managing all the characters, that is). I'm actually looking forward to starting off with Heroic UK, as it seems like it wouldn't be too bad to box.

I think most people would agree that heroics have more to do with a gear check than a team makeup, so long as you have a tank and a healer.
