    Default Logitech G15 Keyboard

I've had the first generation g15 for a while now and just have broke it back out. I've got a few questions about binding keys to the G Keys.

How could I program the G Keys to spread out my characters? What else could I use them for?

Also, not related to multiboxing but maybe you could help me. Everytime I minimize iTunes after I installed the G15 drivers and LCD Manager it ALWAYS keeps popping up over my windows no matter what I set the prefences to. Right now, I've got itunes set to minimize to the system tray, but it doesn't stay there, after a minute it pops back up in front of everything. Anyone know how to keep it down in the system tray? It gets kinda annoying. Also, it doesn't show songs on my LCD Display, even though I've got it set to. I'm running Vista 64 bit, would that have anything to do with it? I've tried contacting Logitech's support, no answer there. Posted on the official G15 forums and got nothing. I need some help to fix it. I hate to do away with iTunes but I'll have to if it can't stay in the system tray when I minimize it.

close itunes and use it only when updating your ipod. then, go to winamp.com, dl and install their latest version. make use of their global hotkeys, awesome skinning and customization options, windshade modes to keep it on top of everything else while still being small and out of the way (for easy access to controls, etc), and a huge assortment of other gadgets and what not. they even have an add-on that allows you to update your ipod directly from the media library. and you can copy songs from any ipod to your harddrive (as if ripping a cd).

as for the keys, i dont really know if theres a good way to do that. since theyre macro keys and function only on your most current window youd have to do some crazy setup between it and whatever program you use to send keystrokes to your background accounts.
    ("\(O.o)/") rawr!!

Just got off the phone with Logitech Support again. Finally got something useful out of them and got it fixed.

Thanks, I'll go give that a look.

Anyone else know anyway I can use the G15 G Keys for multiboxing? Their's a record key macro function I could use for spread out formations, correct?

depends on your setup but if you " record a macro" your approaching automation so be careful. i use g1-3 for constant replacement totems ( grounding,stoneclaw/tremor, fire nova) g4-6 water/lightning shields etc etc. basically i just use it to map crqazy combination keys to for hotbar icons ( everything on my g-15 starts with ctrl-shift-(key) which free's up easier buttons for frequent use so i dont get pinky carpal tunnel trying to find that special key in combat.
