Help with castsequence macro for frost shock

What am I doing wrong in this case?

Here's my macro for castsequence for Thunderstorm and in the place of "Thunderstorm" I've replaced it with Frost Shock but only the 1st shaman does anything. Is it because this particular spell requires a target of some form? I'm also using it right after an initial volley of lbolts so at least the 1st shaman has acquired a "target". I'm using the leaderless/focusless targeting system.

/castsequence reset=45 ,Thunderstorm,,,, (syntax may be a bit off as I'm doing from memory but the round robin cast sequence for Thunderstorm works so I just plugged in Frost Shock)

/castsequence reset=6 ,Frost Shock,,,,

Yes, frost shock requires a target. :P Other than that, as long as your 5 shams look something like this, you should be OK:

/castsequence reset=6 frost shock,,,,
/castsequence reset=6 ,frost shock,,,
/castsequence reset=6 ,,frost shock,,
/castsequence reset=6 ,,,frost shock,
/castsequence reset=6 ,,,,frost shock

You also could make use of the [target=..] condition and set your focus to your main (as an example)

/focus maintoonname

/castsequence [target=focustarget] reset=6 ,Frost Shock,,,

...so you don't have to switch your clones' targets all the time...
