Which class combo - Mage/Shaman or Mage/Paladin?

Hey guys, I'm new to two-boxing and I'm starting tomorrow, however I'm having a hard time deciding which combo would be better. I'm looking at something that will level fast but would be relatively simple to play for an inexperienced 2-boxer. I'll consider other classes than the ones listed above, but I really don't want to dual box the same two classes.



Could someone list the pros and cons of Mage/Shaman and Mage/Paladin?

I'd say mage paladin.
Pally goes prot, mage goes fire or arcane, and you can aoe kill or single target kill.
Pally would be able to take the hits from multiple mobs, and heal itself when needed, while the mage nukes them down.

Shaman would be better for higher DPS, totems, but can't tank. Plus shamans have ranged attacks.

Really down to personal preference tho.
