Hey guys, I spent several hours theorycrafting rotations for my monk when I hit 90 and I think that this rotation is also useful for characters while levelling with a couple of tweaks. As with all healers, the key with a monk multibox rotation is the gating, the slowing down of spell usage. At some levels you will go oom with a monk if you are spamming your dps keys, so this is designed to keep you even on mana. This particular rotation is designed around my current gear (which is better in terms of regen than at some points in levelling but certainly worse than pre-80). The way to adjust it is to add jabs to the rotation if you want to use more mana or strip it down to a bare 4 chi generated per Mana Tea in order to slow your mana use the most.
Requires: mana tea glyph (turns MT into an instant cast spell that uses up to 4 stacks of the buff and restores 4 or 8 % of your mana with a 10 second cooldown). The major mana mistake here is to assume that you always want to use this at 4 so you should be trying to generate and burn 8 chi every 10 seconds.
Chi Wave (swap this for chi burst at max level and heroics, but it has cast time and is best actually thrown at the tank so is less fire and forget).
suggested but not mandatory: Power Strikes lets you generate an extra 3 chi a minute from this rotation.
AOE:

/castsequence reset=combat Spinning Crane Kick,Spinning Crane Kick, Chi Wave, Spinning Crane Kick,Spinning Crane Kick, Spinning Crane Kick, Chi Wave, Spinning Crane Kick, Spinning Crane Kick, Mana Tea
/cast Spinning Crane Kick
Single Target - 30 second rotation:
Step 1: Chi builder
/castsequence reset=10 Renewing Mist, Expel Harm, Jab, Jab, Mana Tea, Renewing Mist, Jab, Jab, Expel Harm, Jab, Mana Tea, Renewing Mist, Jab, Jab, Mana Tea, Jab
/startattack
Step 2: Chi use
/castsequence reset=10 Blackout Kick, Blackout Kick, Chi Wave, Chi Wave, Chi Wave, Chi Wave
You'll notice that we generated 13 chi in the chi builder string, which is one more than we strictly need to make the rotation work without hanging. If this is straining your mana remove the jab at the end of the sequence.
You could also switch from casting renewing mist every 10 seconds to every 15 (by replacing one of the Mists with another Jab you'll save 4000 mana at 90). I prefer to keep the rotation as is because it allows for movement without all my hots falling off and it generates chi and I can afford the mana.
This is what it looks like at 90 when I hard cast my chi bursts (so it will hang every time it hits mana tea until I burn the chi).
/castsequence reset=10 Renewing Mist, Expel Harm, Jab, Blackout Kick, Jab, Blackout Kick, Mana Tea, Renewing Mist, Jab, Jab, Expel Harm, Jab, Mana Tea, Renewing Mist, Jab, Jab, Mana Tea, Jab
/startattack
With this rotation the only other thing you probably want to keybind as a mouseover heal for your healer would be life cocoon.
